Hanix GrowthOS™

The Practice Growth Operating System™ for private cosmetic dermatology. Six modules, one patient record, one set of numbers — installed into your practice and operated as infrastructure.

Architecture

A closed loop, not a collection of services.

Demand enters at one end and revenue is accounted for at the other. Because the loop is continuous, every stage can be measured against the stage before it.

Walkthrough

How GrowthOS™ works, one patient at a time.

Follow a single enquiry through the system — acquisition, AI reception, conversion and the operational workflows that run afterwards. Step through each stage, or use the arrow keys.

Stage 01 of 04

Demand arrives as an instrumented enquiry.

Demand is planned against the treatments and capacity the practice actually wants to fill, so every enquiry that enters is one the clinic can profitably serve.

Trigger

A prospective patient searches for a treatment you perform.

What happens

  1. Day 0 · 21:38Patient

Submits a consultation request for a treatment on your priority list.

  2. 21:38System

Enquiry is written to a single patient record with its source, campaign and treatment intent attached.

  3. 21:38System

Qualification rules score the enquiry against your clinical and commercial criteria.

  4. 21:38System

Routing sends it to the AI Reception module with capacity for that treatment already known.

Handoff — The enquiry moves to reception with full context — not as an unread form notification.

The modules

What each module owns.

Module 01

Patient Acquisition

A dependable source of qualified consultation requests.

Demand is treated as an operational input, not a campaign. The module maintains a consistent flow of qualified enquiries for the treatments your practice actually wants to perform, and every enquiry enters the same instrumented pipeline so its value can be measured to the procedure.

  • Treatment-level demand planning
  • Qualified enquiry routing
  • Source-level attribution
  • Capacity-aware pacing

The clearest example: AI Reception

A patient enquires at 9:40pm. Under the old arrangement the enquiry waits until morning, by which point they have contacted two other practices. Under GrowthOS™ it is answered in seconds, qualified against your treatment criteria, and booked into real available capacity — with the full exchange written to the same patient record your team works from.

Design principles

The rules the system is built on.

One record per patient

An enquiry, a consultation and a procedure are stages of the same record, not entries in three systems. Every decision downstream depends on that continuity.

Response time is an operating metric

The single largest recoverable loss in a cosmetic practice is the time between enquiry and first human-quality answer. GrowthOS™ treats it as a service level, not a courtesy.

Automation where judgement is not required

Routine sequencing, reminders, recall and reporting run automatically. Clinical and financial judgement stays with your team.

Nothing is claimed that is not measured

If a module cannot be instrumented, it does not belong in the operating system.

Implementation

Six weeks to installed. Then it operates.

Implementation is done by us. The demand on your team is deliberately small, because a system that requires your staff to change how they practise medicine will not survive contact with a busy week.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Baseline and design

We record how the practice performs today — response times, booking rates, conversion, retention — and design the pathway around your treatments, providers and capacity.

  2. Weeks 3–5

    Installation

Modules are configured and connected to your phones, forms, calendars and records. Your team's involvement is limited to access, clinical criteria and one training session.

  3. Week 6 onward

    Operation and review

The system runs continuously. We monitor performance daily, refine the pathway, and review results with you against the recorded baseline on a fixed cadence.

Reporting

What you will actually see.

One operating report covering response time, enquiry volume, booking rate, show rate, consultation-to-treatment conversion, revenue per patient, acquisition cost per procedure, retention and recall performance, and available capacity.

Every figure is compared to the baseline recorded before installation. We do not publish other practices' results, and we do not publish yours — figures leave your practice only with written consent.

We will map your current patient pathway, identify where enquiries and consultations are being lost, and show you what the installed system would look like operating in your practice.
